With over 200 convenience stores requiring daily stock of fast moving goods, we assisted this national logistics provider with Lean tools to improve the daily “Pick & Place” activity in their warehouse. Together with our project partners, we highlighted “Areas of focus” and a Future State map and implementation program to ensure waste was eliminated and anticipated results were achieved.
